The floor base has been changed to reflect a smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface. <br /> 4. The lavatory has been dimensioned to show a 34"maximum height above the floor. <br /> �. The toiiet paper dispenser has been moved so that lhe distance is between 7 and 9 inches from the front of tlie water <br /> closet. <br /> 6.
