Please let me know if this is not sufficient for what we were talking about
yesterday, and then I know we will wait until you have a chance to talk with Ted to see
what else will be needed to allow the permit to go forward.
By the way, the buildings ownerc are also now wanting to enlarge an interior door passage
(with no door) that is located right near the front entrance on Wetmore Ave. They will
have to remove a porticn of an existing concrete wall and will obtain a letter from the
structural engineer who is familiar with the building to OK this struclrally.
They indicated that they would like to attach this work to the current permit (for the
toilet rooms) . I want to check with you that this could be done, or it should be included
as part of the additional T. I. permit applications that are needed for the other framing
work that has already been started. Thanks Meg.
Tom Griffin
Capital Architects, Inc.
(425) 317-8017
I
