It is my understanding that the module behind the <br />Municipal Court is not required to be ADA accessible if the services provided in the <br />module can also be provided in a separate accessible location. The public and city <br />employees who require accessibility will be accommodated in the main Municipal Court <br />building which is ADA accessible. <br />Based on the above I respectfully request that the Building Department issue a building <br />permit for the Municipal Court Remodel.
