Exhibit A <br /> Continued <br /> Task 7 - Permitting Comparison Memo <br /> No additional scope is proposed under this task. <br /> Task 8 - Dike Repair Under 1-5 <br /> 8.1 Supplemental Survey for Repair Under 1-5 <br /> Previous supplemental survey was collected to support final design of repairs west of 1-5. Additional <br /> survey will be collected for areas of the dike under 1-5 to support final design of repairs. This survey <br /> will utilize GPS real-time kinematic (RTK) equipment, a laser scanner, and/or conventional total <br /> station instruments. This field survey data will be incorporated into the project base map sufficient for <br /> construction documents. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Site survey base map stamped by Professional Land Surveyor, registered in the State of <br /> Washington. <br /> • The base map will show 2-foot contour intervals with elevations referenced to the North American <br /> Vertical Datum 1988 (NAVD88). <br /> • The map will be referenced to the Washington State Plane Coordinate System. <br /> • AutoCAD/CIV3D base map drawing (*.dwg)file of project survey with topographic (digital terrain <br /> model— DTM)surface of surveyed area. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • Access and rights-of-entry will be provided by the City and DD5. <br /> 8.2 Plans for Repairs under 1-5 (90% and 100%) <br /> Plans will be submitted at the 90 percent and 100 percent design levels for review and comment by <br /> the City and DD5. Each submittal will be provided to the City's project team in electronic (PDF file) <br /> format or other reproducible electronic format. <br /> Plans will be prepared to current City of Everett standards. An anticipated drawing list for the project <br /> is provided below showing the drawings that are anticipated at the 90% and 100% level. Plans will <br /> include a survey control plan, horizontal layout, vertical profile, section views, and details for the dike <br /> improvements. Plans will be prepared at a horizontal scale of 1"=20 feet and a vertical scale of 1"=5 <br /> feet.
