Activities/Proiect Description <br /> The Subrecipient will be responsible for administering the Village Impact Project program in a <br /> manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a condition of <br /> providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under the Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program: <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity: <br /> The Village Impact Project will serve 11.16 Household by providing rental assistance to families in <br /> need residing in the City of Everett. <br /> General Administration <br /> [Description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above] <br /> Hand in Hand's method is to build relationships with at risk families living in poverty through on and <br /> offsite direct activities, referrals from area schools and the Department of Children & Families. Using <br /> a case management approach, we will evaluate the family need, provide direct service & resources <br /> and/or refer to partner agencies for additional support. Hand in Hand will monitor CDBG funds and <br /> review quarterly (at a minimum) to ensure all funds are disbursed during the reporting period. The <br /> emergency basic needs of our clients will outweigh the available funding. <br />
