MURRAYSMITH: <br /> 5.1 Attend one pre-bid conference <br /> 5.2 Respond to bid-phase RFIs <br /> 5.3 Prepare one addendum <br /> 5.4 Maintain a written record of bid-phase communications <br /> Assumptions: <br /> - The City of Everett will take the lead in tasks associated with printing bid documents, document <br /> distribution, bid advertisement, addenda distribution, plan holder administration, bid evaluation, bid <br /> tabulation, etc. <br /> - Support services during bidding will be performed up to the extent of the fee estimate, unless otherwise <br /> approved in advance through a contract amendment or city-authorized use of contingency fees. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> - Bidder communications log(MS Word) <br /> - Addenda as required for the City to distribute to plan holders (PDF) <br /> TASK 6—CONSTRUCTION PHASE SUPPORT(estimated at$26,891) <br /> CG ENGINEERING: <br /> This task represents consultation by CG Engineering during construction. Support will be limited to <br /> incidental support and periodic collaboration with the City,the construction contractor, permitting <br /> agencies and others, all at the direction of the City. <br /> 6.1 Attend weekly construction meeting (not to exceed 8) <br /> 6.2 RFI responses(not to exceed 20) <br /> 6.3 Submittal reviews (not to exceed 4) <br /> 6.4 Site visit(not to exceed 1) <br /> Assumptions: <br /> - The City will take the lead in administering and managing the construction contract and communicating <br /> with the construction contractor. <br /> - City will provide direction to CG Engineering with respect to involvement in project meetings, submittal <br /> reviews, issuing clarifications, etc. <br /> - Record drawings can be prepared at the City's request based on information provide to CG Engineering <br /> by the contractor. <br /> - The duration of the construction support services will be up to three months. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> - Responses to RFI's,submittals, clarifications, and changes as requested by the City. <br /> - Records drawings, if requested by the City <br /> MURRAYSMITH: <br /> 6.1 Attend weekly construction meeting(not to exceed 8) <br /> 6.2 Site visit(one additional site visit during construction—at City's request) <br /> 6.3 Submittal reviews (submittals related to ventilation improvements, not to exceed 4) <br /> 6.4 Clarifications and Changes (up to four RFI's and up to four design clarifications) <br /> Assumptions: <br /> - The duration of the construction support services will be up to three (3) months. <br /> - The City will provide daily on-site inspection and oversight of contractor's work and will take the lead in <br /> Exhibit A—Scope of Work Page 4 of 5 <br />
