AT&T was approved for up to <br />12 rooftop antennas in 1996 under SPUN2-96. Although the description on the first page of <br />SPUN2-96 states "...up to eight antennas on the roof...", the findings ikt Criteria N5 of SPUN2-96 <br />state that "Twelve, eight foot high panel antennas will be placed on the roof...". There is no <br />expiration date for this decision. In addition, the original building permit showed four antennas <br />to be constructed with eight antennas to be installed in the future. <br />Zoning: B-2, Community Business <br />Decision: The existing Special Property Use decision, SPUN2-96, is still valid.
