The site gronnd surface generally slopes downwazd to the eut with
approaimately 20 feet of topographic relief. 'Ihe hight portion of the site, az the western end,
is at an approximate ground surface elevation of 580 fcet above mean sea level bazed on
topograp6ic information on plans prepazed for the sitr by Bazghausen Consulting Engineers Inc.

(see appendix for reference).
Two unoccupied wooden structures are located in an open field in the northern/central
portion vf the si:e. Three single-farnily residences aze located on site near the eastem property
line. Each residence on site has at least one storage shed or gazage associated with ic. We were
uaable to observe the immediate vicinity of single-family residences to evaliate whether there aze
underground heating oil tanks associated with these swctures. Mae Landscaping, Inc., operates
out of one of the single-family residences. An office trailer and a covered pazking azea,
consisting of a concrete slab-0n-grade with an unenclosed shed, aze located on the Mae
I.andscaping propeRy.
The remainder of the site area is undeveloped. We observed several azeas of ponded water
on the site surface at the time of our site visits. Most of these azeas have been delineated as
wetlands as noted on Figure 2. Vegetation on the site consists of tall gracs, tall brush and forest.
Some areas of the site were inaccessible at the time of our site visits because of dense vegetation
and blackberry bushes.
Ne observed occasional locations of discarded refuse on the site, paziiculazly in and azound
the wooden structures at the northem porcion of the site and in the wooded azeas throughout the
site. 1'he refuse we observed in and azound the unoccupiefl wooden stcuctures of the site
consisted of household debris including household appliances, fumiture and building materials.
G e o E o y i n c e r ■ 2 Fle No.0975-017-A73/062993
