November 20, 2019 <br /> December 11, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. to receive comments on the City's intent <br /> to establish an Everett Station District Business Improvement Area (BIA), <br /> approve a 2020 budget and provide for the levy of a special assessment for <br /> five years. <br /> Presented by Dan Eernissee, Administration <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1911-60 <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing an Everett Station District Business <br /> Improvement Area (BIA); providing for the levy of a special assessment <br /> upon real property (and the owners thereof) within the area; the deposit <br /> of revenues in a special account and expenditures therefrom; and <br /> providing for an implementing agreement with an Everett Station District <br /> property owners association or similar organization <br /> Presented by Dan Eernissee, Administration; Brian Scott <br /> and Valerie Tran, BDS Planning & Urban Design; Brock <br /> Howell, Everett District Station Alliance <br /> Council Member Murphy asked about the cost to the city and FTE impact. <br /> Lyle Ryan, Administration, stated this information would be provided to Council. <br /> Council members requested detailed information regarding the level of support <br /> Everett Station District BIA received based on total assessment value, number of <br /> participants, and geographic location. <br /> Brock Howell, Everett District Station Alliance, stated he would provide this <br /> information. <br /> Council Member Moore requested information regarding an economic projection <br /> for the City revenue increase related to the implementation of the BIA. <br /> Dan Eernissee stated requested information would be provided. <br /> 352 <br />
