Council Member Moore left the council chambers at 8:22 p.m. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1911-54 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE removing "Supportive Housing" as a Permitted Use in <br /> Single-Family Zones, amending Ordinance No 1671-89, as amended, and <br /> amending other regulations related to Supportive Housing in other zones <br /> City Attorney Hall provided a clarification related to the new definition of <br /> permanent supportive housing and other types of housing allowed in R-1 (single- <br /> family residential) zones. <br /> The following individuals spoke in favor of permitting supportive housing in R-1 <br /> (single-family residential) zones, and urged the Council to not adopt the proposed <br /> ordinance: <br /> • Angela Di Filippo, Everett <br /> • Bryan Partington, Everett <br /> • Laura Reed, Everett <br /> • Fred Safstrom, Everett <br /> 353 <br />
