Council Member Moore exited the council <br /> chambers at 6:49 p.m. <br /> Allan Giffen provided background information relating to the proposed ordinance. <br /> Council Member Murphy requested a list of the four sites within the city of Everett <br /> proposed by City staff that might currently fall under the current definition. <br /> Mr. Giffen stated he would provide maps to the Council. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested a copy of the updated redlined version of <br /> the proposed ordinance. <br /> Mr. Giffen stated he would get a copy to all council members. <br /> Council Member Roberts requested a copy of the Planning Commission minutes. <br /> He also expressed an interest in obtaining details about Engrossed Substitute <br /> House Bill 1923 and a confirmation as to when the housing bill was passed. <br /> Deputy Mayor Harper stated he would get this information for Council.
