November 13, 2019 <br /> Douglas Evans, Everett <br /> Hayden Jones, Everett <br /> Chris Glans, Everett <br /> Andrea Tucker, Everett, stated the Port Gardner neighborhood already has <br /> supportive housing, and she asked the Council to carefully review the Planning <br /> Commission minutes before adopting the ordinance. <br /> Greg Williams, Everett, stated he was representing 20 Norton Avenue neighbors <br /> who could not attend this evening. He expressed support for the proposed <br /> ordinance as revised due to impacts to the neighborhood. <br /> Council Member Murphy inquired about the impacts of the new definition of <br /> permanent supportive housing as outlined in Section 1,such as the impact on prior <br /> projects. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher asked for more information about the impacts of the <br /> new definition relating to disability. <br /> Allan Giffen stated he would get back to the Council with additional information. <br /> Public Works Site Area Selection Study—Phase 2 <br /> Presented by Paul Kaftanski, Administration; <br /> Cecilia Roussel and Julie Bassuk, Makers Architecture <br /> Paul Kaftanski opened the briefing for phase 2, the evaluation phase, of the Public <br /> Works Site Selection Study. <br /> Consultants Roussel and Bassuk from Makers Architecture presented preliminary <br /> recommendations for Public Works operations sites. <br /> The City Council meeting was adjourned at 9:02 p.m. <br /> 345 <br />
