8 <br /> • <br /> This is a revised proposed map for the Bubble Run'on September 21St. <br /> This course is being requested so we can have the start and finish in the area of <br /> Comcast Events Center during their 10 year anniversary block party.We would like <br /> to have the 5k run finish in front of Comcast so the runners and the block party can <br /> combine efforts for an overall better experience for all participants. <br /> The site map shows the needed staging area for Friday 9/20 for setup prior to the <br /> Saturday event. <br /> We'd like to have the blocks of Oakes and Rockefeller,between Hewitt and Wall, <br /> closed in the morning on Friday so we can set up the start line,the majority of the <br /> finish line,the stage and equipment for the festival,receive the deliveries of the <br /> dumpster and toilet rentals.We are requesting this closure happen no later than <br /> 10AM. <br /> We'd like to set up bubble bogs 1 and 4 in front of the high school on Colby, <br /> between 25th and 24th Friday afternoon, after school, around the 6pm hour. <br /> We'd also like to set bogs 2 and 3 at that time. <br /> The remaining road closures would need to happen by 9AM Saturday the 21st so we <br /> have the full road for the runners.The roads would be able to open as the last <br /> runner goes through.See road closure time estimates attached. <br /> I understand this affects transit on Wetmore.We feel the best way for the Bubble <br /> Run and Comcast Arena to work together is for our finish and festival be side by side <br /> with the Block Party.This unfortunately requires the need to cross Wetmore <br /> between the hours of 9AM and 11AM on Saturday morning. <br /> 20 <br />
