8 Everett Road closure/access times estimated Tuesday/Wednesday-Equipment trailer arrives in Everett-to be stored in parking lot between Oakes and Rockefeller Thursday-Bubble Run TM Staff arrives in Everett Friday 10AM-Road closer of Oakes and Rockefeller-between Hewitt and Wall Set up begins,receiving of shipment and rentals Friday 6PM-Road closure of Colby between 25th and 24th for bog 1&4 set up Road closure of Colby between 19th and 18th for bog 2&3 set up Saturday 4AM-Road closure of Wall between Rockefeller and Oakes for final finish line set up. Start course closures for runners. 9AM-First wave goes out onto Hewitt-approximately 500 runners start every 3-5 minutes with the last wave going out at 9:30AM. 10:15-Last runner has gone through turn around and is back on Colby.16th can reopen at this time. 10:30-Last runner has gone though bog 3 -all east west cross streets N of 18th can reopen. 10:40-Last runner has gone through bog 4-all east west cross streets between 19th and 24th can reopen. *The blocks of Colby that have bogs will be packed and cleaned as last runner goes through-We estimate to be entirely off the roads by 11:15.After the last runner clears an intersection,East West traffic can cross Colby.Local access of residents acceptable on Colby with exception of 18th-19th and 24th and 25th while staff is still on those blocks. 11:10-Last runner is at the finish line.All roads are open with the exception of Wall between Rockefeller and Oakes (finish line equipment is still on road) and the staging roads of Oakes and Rockefeller between Hewitt and Wall (still equipment and participants in the road). 12:30 Festival closes-participants move to Comcast block party on Hewitt. Clean up of staging roads begin. 3p-All Bubble Run Equipment and staff are off site.All roads are opened. Equipment Trailer to be picked up Monday. 21
