1 <br /> APPLICABLE CONDITIONS FROM SW EVERETT MITIGATION DECISION DOCUMENT <br /> Section 1: LAND USE <br /> Permitted and Accessory Uses <br /> Tables 1-1 and 1-2 list the permitted uses and accessory uses/activities covered in this EIS <br /> analysis. <br /> 1.3 Mitigation Measures <br /> 1. , ,eight: All development with structures more than 200 feet in height and those within 20,000 <br /> feet of Paine Field must check with the FAA to determine if notification is required. (SEPA <br /> Land and Shoreline Use Policies) <br /> 2. Historic and Cultural Preservation. If any archaeological resources or human remains are <br /> found during construction, the project proponent shall contact the Tulalip Tribes, the City of <br /> Everett Planning and Community Development Department, and the State Office of <br /> Archaeology and Historic Preservation. This contact will initiate a consultation process for <br /> determining subseo fent actions. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use Policies) <br /> Section 2: TRANSPORTATION <br /> 2.3 Mitigation Measures <br /> 1. All development must pay a fee of $41, 560.00, which is based on PM peak hour trip <br /> generation, to fund system-wide transportation improvements. <br /> Section 3: EARTH/GEOLOGICALLY HAZARDOUS AREAS <br /> 3.3 Mitigation Measures <br /> 1. Construction management plans must be reviewed and approved by the Directors of the <br /> Planning and Community Development Department and the Engineering and Public <br /> Services Department prior to the issuance of permits allowing construction of any facilities <br /> located within 50 feet of an environmentally sensitive area (steep slope, stream, wetland, <br /> landslide hazard area, etc.) and associated buffer. The construction management plan must <br /> include the following minimum measures: <br /> a. Specific erosion controls to be implemented prior to authorizing any construction <br /> activities which will impact an environmentally sensitive area as defined by the City's <br /> environmentally sensitive area regulations. <br /> b. Implementation of best management practices to control erosion both during and after <br /> construction, including compliance with the City of Everett's Design and Construction <br /> Standards and Specifications Manual and the Stormwater Management Manual. <br /> c. Construction schedule, status update reporting requirements, and contingency <br /> provisions to become effective if the schedule is not met.
