35. Construction and demolition of buildings shall be in compliance with the provisions of the <br /> 2003 International Fire Code, Chapter 14. <br /> 36. Permits are re aired from the Fire Department for removal and installation of <br /> underground i tanks. <br /> 37. Abandoned tanks shall be pumped out and the fuel properly disposed of prior to <br /> removal. No product or rinse water may be disposed of in such a way that it could enter <br /> the storm drains system. <br /> 38. All fire alarm control panels (FACP) and sprinkler valves shall be in heated rooms or <br /> closets with standard man door access. Locations shall be approved by the Fire <br /> Marshal's Office. <br /> 39.
