If it is <br /> determined those NRNW Fire &Emergency Services personnel are causing disturbance or <br /> using poor radio etiquette, it is established that the cooperator has direct control to deny <br /> NRNW Fire & Emergency Services use or these frequencies. <br /> d. Federal Government operations under this agreement must conform in all respects <br /> to any restrictions or limitations imposed by the FCC on the principal licenses. <br /> 4. Responsibilities. <br /> a. The Navy Area Frequency Coordinator will coordinate this agreement with the Federal <br /> Communications Commission. <br /> b. The Installation Spectrum Manager,will submit a copy of this agreement to the National <br /> Telecommunications and Tn formation Administration requesting issuance of a radio frequency <br /> authorization(RFA), Operations are not authorized until the RFA is approved. <br /> 2 <br /> N68742-20191120-XXXX <br /> 9 <br />
