We look forward to working with you <br /> on this project. <br /> A. PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br /> The City of Everett(City) owns and maintains Rotary Park along the Snohomish <br /> River in Everett, Washington. Rotary Park consists of access roads,parking areas, <br /> trails, a restroom, and a public boat launch. The park is located between the <br /> riverbanks of the Snohomish River and Lowell Snohomish River Road. <br /> The City is planning renovations for the public park facility. The renovations are <br /> partially funded by a grant from the Washington Recreation and Conservation <br /> Office (RCO)and include the replacement of the boat ramp floats and abutment at <br /> the launch facility and associated improvements in the parking area including <br /> asphalt repairs, sealcoat of asphalt surfacing, restriping, and new LED light <br /> fixtures. (See attached figure.) The City would like to replace the existing concrete <br /> floats with new HDPE floats. <br /> Reid Middleton will provide the following scope of services for the project. <br /> B. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> 1. Replace Boat Ramp Floats and Parking Area Repairs -Design Services <br /> (a) The existing base map from the original design of the boat ramp and <br /> parking area will be utilized.
