General Provisions. <br /> (a) Rights and Obligations Reserved; MOU Superseded. This Agreement reserves <br /> to each Party and shall not be construed to be in derogation of any rights, powers, <br /> privileges, authority, liability, obligations and duties set forth in or provided by any <br /> previous agreement executed by a Party relating in any way to affordable housing, <br /> except that the Memorandum of Understanding dated September 21, 2011, by and <br /> among the Housing Authority of Snohomish County, the cities of Edmonds, Everett, <br /> Granite Falls, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mill Creek, Mountlake <br /> Terrace, Mukilteo, Snohomish, Sultan and the town of Woodway (the"MOU"), shall <br /> be deemed terminated pursuant to section 2.6.B of the MOU and shall be of no force <br /> and effect upon the effective date of this Agreement. <br /> (b) Access to Records. To the extent permitted by law, all records, accounts and <br /> documents relating to matters covered by this Agreement shall be subject to inspection, <br /> copying, review or audit by the Washington State Auditor or any Party. Upon reasonable <br /> notice, during normal working hours, each Party shall provide auditors from the <br /> Washington State Auditor or the other Parties with access to its facilities for copying said <br /> records at their expense. <br /> 89 <br />
