15 <br /> (c) No Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is for the benefit of the Parties only, <br /> and no third party shall have any rights hereunder. <br /> (d) Venue. The venue for any action related to this Agreement shall be in Superior <br /> Court in and for Snohomish County, Washington at Everett. <br /> (e) Severability. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid, illegal <br /> or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
