January 29, 2014 <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Victor Harris, Everett, member of the Transportation Advisory Committee, <br /> commented on Council Member Gipson's concerns regarding Bus Route <br /> 7. <br /> Angela Kuhl, USPS Real Estate Specialist, Denver, Colorado, spoke <br /> regarding a proposed project related to the main post office and their <br /> Paine Field facility. As part of a nationwide effort to cut costs, the U.S. <br /> Postal Service proposes to market for sale the Paine Field carrier annex <br /> and consolidate those operations into the Hardeson Drive facility, and <br /> replace the main post office at the corner of Hoyt and Pacific with a yet-to- <br /> be —determined building less than one third the size. <br /> Council President Moore expressed concern that her comments tonight <br /> do not constitute adequate notice to the public. <br /> Becky Biesle, Everett, remarked that the meeting notice posted at the post <br /> office directed the public to an address at 3002 Hoyt Avenue which is the <br /> Goodwill store. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA <br /> Change in meeting schedule of Everett City Council <br /> Presented by Council President Moore <br /> Following comments from the council members, Council President Moore <br /> directed staff to draft an ordinance related to the proposed change. <br /> Structural Deficit Advisory Team <br /> Presented by Paul Kaftanski, Parks <br /> Alternatives for Storm Water and sewer separation in Everett's <br /> combined area <br /> Presented by Dave Davis, Public Works <br /> 17 <br />
