(Interwest) provides this letter in accordance with Section 1-04 of the <br /> Standard Specifications to notify the City a change of condition. <br /> The response provided to RFI 290 dated July 24, 2019 but provided officially on July 29, 2019 <br /> provides details on a heat trace system for the sanitary sewer force main. Provisions for the <br /> electrical connection were been made but the remainder of the system is not included in the <br /> project documents. Interwest interprets this RFI response to add work to the Contract and <br /> requests a Change Order to address this addition. Interwest has begun to investigate the cost <br /> implications of this addition and will forward those costs when they become known.
