7. Based upon 7,250 square feet ot Type V-B, sprinklered conslruction, the fire flow requirement <br /> is 1,500 gpm. <br /> 8. Fire Alarm Svstem (Buildinq with Units 1-5) -An approved automatic fire detection syslem <br /> shall be provided as required by Cily Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, ot the Everett <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> Plans for such system shall be submitted lo the Fire Marshal for review and approval prior to <br /> installation. Submittal shall include cul sheets of all equipment intended for use. Appropriate <br /> lrip lests, wilnessed by a Fire Deparimenl inspeclor, shall be periormed, along with a <br /> certificate o(completion, prior to final acceplance of the syste�n. <br /> Fire alarm syslems shall be installed according lo NFPA Standard 72. Installati�n of flre <br /> alarm components, including basic wiring, may not commence be(ore plans are <br /> approved by the Fire Department Plan Reviewer. Fire alarm drawings must be <br /> professionally rendered, in suf(icient delail, and must be internally consistent. Riser diagrams <br /> musl malch installation plans and load calculations. Components musl be lisled and <br /> approved for use together. Changes to plans must include new drawings and calculations <br /> and must be approved by lhe Fire Department Plan Reviewer prior to inslallation. Fire alarm <br /> installation is subject to field inspection by a Fire Department Inspector.
