3. Verizon Northwest has facililies near lhis location. However, any building enlrances musl be <br /> coordinated at least 60 days in advance. The cost of any relocation ot Verizon faciiities lhat <br /> is required to construd the new apartments will be at lhe totai expense of the developer. Any <br /> relocation will take 60 to 120 days. Verizon Northwest will provide service to the site. However, new telephone cable <br /> construction will be required in conjunction with lhe site development. Verizon's engineering <br /> will begin when they are notified of your construction schedules and teleplione requirements. <br /> 5. I!will bQ the developer's responsibiliry to provide a suitable combination of conduit and <br /> irenching andlor riser conduit lo accommodate Verizon's network communications cable <br /> within the complex. Provided :hal an acceptable combination of conduit and/or trenching is <br /> incorporated into lhe proJect to accommodate Verizon's entrance cable, there will be no costs <br /> to the developer for Verizon's cable. <br /> 6. If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on Ihe right-oi-way is necessary, <br /> appropriate charges will be estimated and Verizon's Guaranty of Payment form will be <br /> forwarded to you for your signature. Prior to commencemenl of Verizon's engineering for <br /> such rearrangement, a deposil will be required. To insure timely telephone service.
