Each unit is approximately 3,282 square feet. <br /> These units will be connected in groups of 2, 3, and 5 unites respectively. A total oi 1,804 square <br /> feet is designate "open space." Additionally, each unit will have 63 square feet of private balcony. <br /> Access to the site will be from East Casino Road. The project also includes twenty on-site parking <br /> stalls (garages) and five (5) visitor parking stalls. Perimeter landacaping along street irontages and <br /> interior lot lines including the guest parking stalls are required. NOTE: Tha Site Plan dated <br /> July 21, 2005 does not comply with the minimum building and landscaps setback <br /> requirements and maximum building height requlremenb for mulGpls-family project in the <br /> C-1 zone. The Site Plan must be revised to comply with the development standaMs in the <br /> C•1 zone or the applicant can request a modiflcation oP thesa standards.
