Laboratory information. Include the following: <br /> I a. Name of laboratory including contact person, <br /> b. Address, <br /> c. Phone number of contact, <br /> Id. Email address of contact, <br /> e. Laboratory and personnel qualifications including current certification date <br /> by STA, ASTM, ASSHTO,amendments recommended in 9-14.1(4), Cedar <br /> Grove "Booster Blend Garden Soil" or approved equal. <br /> I8. Acceptance of Soils Prior to Placement. Placement of any soils or soil mixes <br /> specified in this Section will NOT be allowed until Engineer has reviewed and <br /> confirmed the following: <br /> I a. Soil mix delivery tickets. Provide delivery tickets showing full delivered soil <br /> amount matches product type, volume and Manufacturer named in the <br /> submittals. <br /> I b. Visual inspection.
