Without offering this free service these community members would not have received immediate help in resolving housing disputes. This availability is crucial in working to support landlords in ensuring they are providing suitable housing as established by the Landlord/Tenant Act. Finally, we have designed our program to meet a community need with a particular urgency. For a tenant threatened with homelessness we are able to either provide them with resources immediately and directly or refer them to other housing related resources in the community and within Volunteers of America. The funding of RHMS will expand and improve the quantity and quality of community services, principally for persons of low and moderate income for the citizens of the city of Everett. C. Performance Monitoring The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against goals and performance standards required herein through quarterly reports and site visits. Substandard performance as determined by the City will constitute non-compliance with this Agreement. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Subrecipient within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the City and after being notified by the City, contract suspension or termination procedures will be initiated.
