The Senior Director and Director of Operations of the Dispute Resolution Center will direct the <br /> administration of staff and volunteers of the RHMS program. The Senior Director will represent the <br /> Agency and Program in the community, or otherwise designate qualified alternate staff. <br /> The location of the services will be at Volunteers of America offices at 2801 Lombard Ave, Everett, <br /> WA 98201. <br /> B. National Objectives <br /> The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will <br /> meet the following CDBG National Objective, as identified by the City of Everett for priority in the <br /> 2019 Program Year, "Benefit low/moderate income persons" - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. <br /> Appropriate subcategory under the National Objective: <br /> Limited Clientele <br /> 05K - Tenant/Landlord Counseling 24 CFR 570.201(e) or 42 USC 5305(a)(8) + 24 CFR <br /> 570.482(c)(2) <br /> Counseling to help prevent or settle disputes between tenants and landlords. <br /> Description of how the project will meet this subcategory: RHMS is designed to address housing <br /> needs and issues of this group through the use of free services.
