25.6 Paid Family Medical Leave Insurance Program(WPFML) <br /> 25.6.1 The City has chosen and been approved to conduct a voluntary WPFML program for year <br /> 2020 and will not deduct premiums from the employee for this program. The City <br /> reserves to right to move to the State plan in 2021 and start taking employee's share of <br /> the WPFML premium as established in RCW. If the City changes to the State WPFML <br /> plan, the City agrees to negotiate the decision and impacts of any change. <br /> 37 <br />
