GC/CM Contract 2 <br /> General Contractor/Construction Manager Services for <br /> ;-T Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion <br /> Phase Cl (Liquid Stream) <br /> 3.4.1.5 For a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days after Substantial <br /> Completion or until Final Completion is achieved, whichever <br /> is later, provide adequate qualified on-site staff that is <br /> authorized to act on behalf of the GC/CM to coordinate and <br /> ensure that any outstanding work items, Punch Lists, testing <br /> and commissioning are completed, at no additional cost to <br /> the Owner. <br /> 3.4.1.6 All requirements of the Contract Documents are satisfied. <br /> 3.4.2. Superintendence/Coordination: The GC/CM "shall be responsible for <br /> superintendence, providing ongoing coordination between crafts, job <br /> site safety, housekeeping, quality control, settling disputes between <br /> Subcontractors, negotiating . any Change Orders with the <br /> Subcontractors (Owner expects the GC/CM to negotiate with <br /> Subcontractors but reserves the right to reject any Subcontractor <br /> proposal), negotiating Change Orders with the Owner, reviewing, <br /> coordinating and forwarding submittals, substitution requests, and <br /> Requests for Information (RFIs) to the Owner for action, and for <br /> managing efforts required for any procurement activities that arise from <br /> a Subcontractor's inability or unwillingness to perform. These tasks <br /> shall be part of the GC/CM's Fixed Amount for Specified General <br /> Conditions. <br /> 3.4.3. Key Personnel: GC/CM agrees to provide all professional personnel <br /> necessary, at adequate staffing levels, and the key personnel as <br /> identified in the GC/CM's proposal submitted in response to the <br /> Owner's Request for Proposals for GC/CM Services for the Project, to <br /> perform the required services under this GC/CM Contract. The key <br /> personnel, who were named in the GC/CM's proposal submitted in <br /> response to the Owner's Request for Proposals for GC/CM Services <br /> for the Project, will be assigned with the identified minimum time <br /> commitments shown in the table below. Except in the event of the <br /> death of the employee or their termination of employment with the <br /> GC/CM, these key personnel shall remain assigned for the duration of <br /> the Project unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Owner in its <br /> sole discretion. <br /> City of Everett Page 8 of 25 December, 2013 <br /> Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion 1 <br />
