The lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Faber Construction Corp. submitted a bid for$256,905.09. This project will construct pedestrian and traffic signal safety improvements at the intersection of Evergreen Way and Pecks Drive. The improvements include left turn arrows,new traffic signal poles,traffic signal backplate visibility improvements,accessible pedestrian signals, street lighting improvements,pavement marking improvements,and ADA curb ramps. The funding source for this project is: Federal HSIP Grant $256,905.09 RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Award the construction contract for the Evergreen Way and Pecks Drive-Intersection Safety project to Faber Construction Corp. in the amount of$256,905.09 including Washington State Sales Tax and at no cost to the City. • 67
