The PSA had an expiration date of December 31,2013.Due to unforeseen delays,primarily in <br /> getting outside agency responses relative to some Federal requirements,the PSA expired without completion <br /> of the project. Transit is requesting a revised completion date of March 1,2014.There is no additional cost to <br /> the project associated with this extension. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement between the City of <br /> Everett and KPFF Consulting Engineers to change the completion date of the PSA to March 1,2014 at no <br /> additional cost to the City. <br /> 55 <br />
