4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled"Garfield Park <br /> Playground",Fund 354,Program 042,as established by Ordinance No. 3331-13 <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Garfield Park Playground",Fund <br /> 354,Program 042,was established for the replacement of certain Garfield Park <br /> Playground Equipment destroyed by the May 2013 fire;and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,T H EREFORE,T H E CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the"Garfield Park Playground", Fund 354, Program 042,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Garfield Park Playground", Fund 354, <br /> Program 042,are as follows: • <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Equipment Replacement,Acquisition and Installation <br /> Costs $53,286.00 <br /> Total Costs $53,286.00 <br /> B.
