Submit a revised site plan showing revised clearing limits as well as additional erosion <br /> and sedimentation control measures in the area of revised clearing for review by the <br /> Planning Department and Public Works Department. Indicate which trees have been <br /> removed and which trees shall remain. <br /> 2.)
