It also appears that additional trees were removed that were not identified to be removed on your site plan. In order to correct work done outside of approved clearing limits,the City is requesting that you implement the following measures: 1.) Submit a revised site plan showing revised clearing limits as well as additional erosion and sedimentation control measures in the area of revised clearing for review by the Planning Department and Public Works Department. Indicate which trees have been removed and which trees shall remain. 2.) In order to avoid any further project delays,please provide your revised plan for review to the Permit Services counter at 3200 Cedar St. 2na Fl, Everett, WA,no later than 30 days from the date on this letter.
