15 <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> The City of Everett and ICF Jones&Stokes,Inc.(ICF Jones& Stokes, Inc.)agree to amend and <br /> modify their professional services agreement dated April 2,2013 (the"Agreement") as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,ICF Jones&Stokes, Inc. and the City entered into an agreement dated April 2, <br /> . 2013 to provide Smith Island Habitat Restoration Monitoring services for the Smith Island/Union <br /> Slough Restoration project;and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett requires continued assistance in performing the required <br /> mitigation monitoring for the Smith Island/Union Slough Restoration project;and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett and ICF Jones& Stokes,Inc. agree to amend their Agreement to <br /> extend the time of completion from March 31,2014 to March 31,2015; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and ICF Jones & Stokes, Inc. agree to amend and <br /> modify the Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Paragraph 3 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows: <br /> Time of Beginning and Completion of Performance. This Agreement shall commence <br /> as of the date of execution of this Agreement and shall be completed by March 31,2015. <br /> 2.
