There may be open space between the front <br /> standards) lots and the street. <br /> b) All vehicular access must be taken from the access drivelane. <br /> c) . - . - • . • . . Units adjacent to the public street <br /> must have the front entrance closer to the public street than the garage. <br /> d) When Tthe primary residential entrances for the front lots abutting <br /> the street reust-be are not oriented to the street,a minimum of 5 feet of <br /> Type III landscaping must be provided between the sidewalk and the <br /> fence. <br /> e) The private access lanesdr-ive must include a minimum of 24 <br /> maximum of 20 feet wide paving with five foot setbacks bctwccn tho <br /> f) Garages may be attached in any setback between the autocourt lane <br /> lots.
