ARTICLE 16 - LIBRARY PAGES <br /> Section 1: <br /> Library Pages perform a variety of tasks throughout the Library. Library page work is not seasonal in <br /> nature and for this reason the only limitation on employment duration is funding capacity and <br /> performance. <br /> A. Library Pages shall be compensated at the hourly rate schedule identified in Article 7 and <br /> Appendix 1. Step increases shall occur consistent with other regular part-time employees. <br /> B. Library Pages shall accrue holiday, sick leave,vacation time, longevity,and all other benefits on <br /> a pro-rated basis based on regular hours worked,with the exception of medical insurance(unless <br /> required by law), life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage as outlined in <br /> Article 12. Library Pages shall be covered by all provisions of this Collective Bargaining <br /> Agreement,unless otherwise specified. <br /> C.
