Task I —Project Management Monthly invoices will be prepared and submitted to the client Project Manager. The Consultant Project Manager will notify URS, in writing(memo format), of any out of scope and/or budgetary issues that are inconsistent with this Scope of Work. Work Elements: • Prepare Work Plan • Prepare project schedule and updates • Prepare monthly invoices Task 2—Survey&Mapping This survey work will include five Snohomish River cross sections and an adjacent upland area as directed by URS. One additional day of fieldwork and associated mapping is included as an optional item. Work Elements: • Recover project control coordinates and establish additional control for the survey • Establish horizontal and vertical control necessary for the topographic survey of the site • Edit and process survey control • Conduct five river cross section surveys at the locations determined by URS, from the west shore to the east shore, in the vicinity of the I-S overcrossing of the Snohomish River • Conduct a topographic survey of an upland area determined by URS in the vicinity of the cross sections, picking up ground natural and artificial features; manholes with pipe size, material, invert, and direction information; significant trees and other features as directed by URS • Prepare I"=20',one foot contour survey map in AutoCAD 2009 with Carlson Survey software Assumptions: • Accurate property boundaries of the site will not be required • Contours will be generated for the upland area only • Elevations will be referenced to the NAVD88 vertical datum 28
