The <br /> elevation drawings call out doubling up the studs, but nowhere on the plans is the stud <br /> size called out. The existing exterior stud wall is approximately 8 feet tall with (most <br /> likely) double top plates. Show how the new studs are sistered to the existing studs. <br /> 10. The elevation drawings show a Top Plate Height of 117'-4-1/2" to a point that is <br /> approximately 4 feet below the point where the roof trusses attach to the south wall. <br /> Please clarify. <br /> 11. Please provide an out-of-plane wind analysis and resultant detailing of framing elements <br /> around the upper floor openings of the south elevation. <br /> 12.
