2. <br /> � µ Eb <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION waiving public bidding requirements and approving a sole <br /> source purchase of ESRI GIS software from Environmental Systems Research <br /> Institute, Inc (ESRI) <br /> WHEREAS,the City has established a standard for GIS software provided by ESRI; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Licensing and support for ESRI GIS software are only available <br /> directly from ESRI; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT that because there is clearly and legitimately only one source <br /> capable of supplying ESRI GIS software;the City hereby waives competitive <br /> bidding requirements and authorizes the purchase of ESRI GIS software from <br /> Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. in the amount of$167,076.00 <br /> including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this day of ,2014. <br /> Council President <br /> 22 <br />
