The listed <br /> requirements are placed in response to our review of this information: <br /> AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION <br /> A Notice of Construction for the underground tanks must be obtained from the <br /> Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Authority prior to the issuance of any <br /> permits. <br /> t9ITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br /> 1. Because it is lucated near the intersectiont the driveway on fivergreen <br /> Way must be signed and painted as right turn only ingress and egrese. <br /> (SEPA Transportation/Circulation Policies) <br /> 2. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided. (SEPA <br /> Aesthetics Policy) <br /> 3• A landscape strip a minimum of 5 feet in width must be provided along <br /> the north property boundary between the building and the right-of-way. <br /> Plantings must be in compliance with Section 1.13 of the Cities <br /> Standards and Specifications Manual.
