They have provided me with a copy of your
letter of June 26 and requested me to respond.
They are unwilling to grant permission to you to locate
any slope upon their property. The establishment of the pro-
posed slope would limit the usable area of their property.
Moreover, they are auite concerned at your placing fill
and construction debris upon the southerly portion of their
property without their permission. That constitutes trespass
and gives rise to a claim for damages.
In behalf of Mr. Miller and Mr. Storkson, I respectfully
request that you remove all material and construction debris
from their property forthwith. Moreover, they request that
you restore the surface to its original condition, including
gravel as may be necessary to permit their property to be
used as a parking lot for Evergreen Bowling Lanes.
Very truly yours,
Edward D.
