Bowlinq Lanes and, also, the property situated immediately to the north o£ a new Traci' s Place retail center at 5129 �vergreen Way. Enclosed you will find copies of a June 26 l�tter which my clients have received from the developers of Traci ' s Place as well as my letter of response to the developer. The purpose of this letter is to inform the Everett City Building Department that Mr. Miller and Nr. Storkson have not agreed to the use of their property for construction purposes by the developer of Traci' s Place, nor are my clients willing to grant an ease- ment or other permission to the developers for slope purposes as requested by the developer. In behalf of my clients, I respectfully request that the Ci.ty of Everett Buildinq Denartment investigate the situation and refrain frc+m issuing accupancy permits until my client' s property has been restored by t_he developer to their satis- faction.
