All rated assemblies are noted and shown on the plans. See floor plans, sections and fire <br />protection plans. Additional cut sheets outlining specific ratings are also attached to this letter <br />to clarify them further. <br />I. I. Additional details have been added on drawing A7.3 to help clarify the required fire <br />ratings as well as the associated test numbers for the floor/ ceiling systems. Wall <br />assemblies and the associated test numbers are keyed from the floor plan wall types and <br />are shown on drawing A2.9. Wall/ceiling transitions have also been included on drawing <br />A7.3 and keyed to the wall sections to help clarify the intent of the enclosures. <br />1.2. The fire protection plans have been revised to help clarify the intended ratings for the <br />steel and concrete floor structures. This information is shown on the fire protection <br />plans, sections and details. Also included with this resubmitual is 3 copy of the fire <br />protection contractors shop drawings showing the various lire protection locations and <br />requirements. Spray on fireproofing has also been. added to the list of special inspections <br />on the cover sheet. <br />2. These items have been further clarified. See the responses below. <br />2, i . The details are keyed to drawings A7.1 and A7.2. Those drawings in turn indicate <br />specific details for the floor ceiling assemblies as required. <br />2.2. See response to item 1.2 above. <br />2.3. It appears that these conditions are met. See the wall sections and also the fire protection <br />details on drawing A7.3. <br />2.4. This comment is duly noted and may be utilized in the field if necessary. <br />3. This issue has been resolved and is shown mainly on the first floor plan drawing A2.2. <br />3.1. The stair enclosure has been revised. See draNvin- A2.2. <br />3.2. An elevator vestibule has been added to meet this requirement. See drawing A2.2. <br />3.3. The storage room is now accessed from the elevator vestibule. <br />3.4. The door swing at door 123 has been increased to meet this requirement. <br />3.5. Door 113 was discussed and it was determined that the swing as shown is acceptable. <br />3.6. Door 112 is not intended to be utilized as an egress componeia.
