As Fire <br /> Chief,I am very pleased with the development of this roadmap to the future of our department. <br /> I <br /> The plan is not the destination;it is the way to help us get where we need to be.The <br /> implementation of goals and strategies identified In the plan will help us move forward with our <br /> commitment to provide the City and its citizens with exceptional and efficient service. <br /> IOur mission remains the same: The Everett Fire Department is a community-based emergency <br /> service provider dedicated to public safety and quality of life. <br /> I The support of the City,the community and our personnel is critical to our goal and we appreciate <br /> all the effort that has gone into the development of this plan. <br /> There will be more work to do as we move forward.
