Summarizing the written responses beyond the criteria in the above figure, it appears <br /> that the current evaluation process is limited in value with many respondents stating that it is not <br /> specific enough to guide any need for improvement. Some feel their supervisors are not qualified or <br /> motivated to effectively evaluate performance and that the process is more of an exercise in paper <br /> pushing. Others feel the process provides valuable feedback, but would like to see the feedback occur <br /> more frequently, even if informal. <br /> 1 <br /> Page 12 <br />
