The cities of Mountlake Terrace, Bothell,Seattle, Enumclaw, Renton, Federal Way,and Redmond,as <br /> well as Snohomish County, have all adopted similar measures. In Snohomish County,the fee-simple <br /> code amendments passed unanimously at the County Planning Commission and the County Council <br /> after thoughtful deliberations.
