18. An approved automatic fire detection system shall be piovided as required by City Ordinance No. 3021- <br /> C?, Chapter 76.76, of the Everett Municipal Code. <br /> Plan: for such s��stein shall be submitted to the Fire Code Official ior review and ai�prova; prior to <br /> installation. Submittal shall include cut sheets of all equipmenf intended for use. Apprr�priate trip tests, <br /> witnessed by a Fire Department inspector, shall be performed, along with a ceitificate of completion, <br /> prior to final acceplai�ce of the system. <br /> Fire alarm systerrs shal; be installed according to NFPA Chzpter 72. Installation of tire alarm <br /> components, includ�n5 Lasic wiring, may nol commence before plans are approved by the Fire <br /> Departmenl Plan Reviewer. Fire slarm dra�vings must be professionally rendered, in sufficient detail, <br /> and must b� internally consistent. Riser diagrams must!natch insta!lation plans and load calculations. <br /> Components must be listed and approved for use together. Chariges to plans must include new <br /> drawings and calculatinns and must be approved by the Fire Department Plan Reviewer prior to <br /> installation. Fire alarm installation is subject to field inspeclion by a Fire Department Inspector. An <br /> approved set of plans and the Engineering & F'ublic Services Department eiectrical permit must be <br /> present for any installation inspection. <br /> Fire aiarm systems shall be ins!alled under permit of the City of Everett Engineering & Public Services <br /> DepartmenL Electrical inspections and approval are required prior to caRing for acceptance tests. Construction and demolition of buildings sfiall be in cc npliance with the provisions �f the 2006 <br /> Intemational Fire Code, Chapter 14. <br /> 20. The slorage, handling and use of flammable or combustible liquids shall comply with Chapter 34 of the <br /> International Fire Gode, 2006 Edition. <br /> ;��� <br />
