I. 0 <br /> ■ Repair window holes from A/C unit removal with new single pane glass to match <br /> existing. Remove black paint from above ceiling portion of window glass and <br /> frames. <br /> • Paint all existing and new interior walls and the underside of roof structure where <br /> exposed. <br /> ■ Add one overhead coiling door to the South bay of the West wall. Curb cuts and <br /> other sidewalk revisions to be performed by City of Everett Crews. <br /> • Provide new high bay LED lighting is storage areas, LED lighting for Air Room <br /> and exterior lighting fixtures. Provide new exit signage and emergency lighting <br /> as required by IBC. <br /> • Provide a new electric unit and fan type wall heating system for the street level <br /> floor based on all areas being"semi-heated". <br /> • Provide fire alarm system for the entire building, including all basement areas. <br /> • Provide a security system, with access management, fro the entire building, <br /> including all basement areas. <br /> ■ Provide a conduit and box system for voice /data wiring to be provided by the <br /> City. <br /> • Provide a janitor's sink in the existing women's toilet room. <br /> • Paint the entire exterior od the building. <br /> • Provide new exterior signage. <br /> ■ Provide metal storage system and possibly an associated open (chain link or <br /> expanded metal)fencing system in the warehouse area. <br /> • Relocate existing exterior oil and compressor equipment to the basement interior. <br /> CONS I'RUCTION DOCUMENTS <br /> ■ Prepare a hazardous materials report. <br /> • Preparation of final, bid ready, construction documents (plans and specs for <br /> public bid process) based on the attached design and scope documents prepared <br /> by the City. City will provide Bid Forms, Construction Contract and General <br /> Conditions. <br /> BID ASSISTANCE <br /> • Provide assistance to the City of Everett for a public bid process including <br /> issuance of addenda. <br /> CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br /> • Architect will attend weekly construction meetings. Construction period will be <br /> 12 weeks. <br /> • Hazardous materials consultant will provide full time, on-site observation of all <br /> abatement activities to ensure compliance with abatement regulations. <br /> • Review contractor's proposed construction schedule. <br /> • Review contractor's submittals for conformance with design intent. <br /> • Answer Requests for Information(RFI). <br /> • Prepare "punch list(s) prior to Substantial Completion.
