I. 0 ■ Repair window holes from A/C unit removal with new single pane glass to match existing. Remove black paint from above ceiling portion of window glass and frames. • Paint all existing and new interior walls and the underside of roof structure where exposed. ■ Add one overhead coiling door to the South bay of the West wall. Curb cuts and other sidewalk revisions to be performed by City of Everett Crews. • Provide new high bay LED lighting is storage areas, LED lighting for Air Room and exterior lighting fixtures. Provide new exit signage and emergency lighting as required by IBC. • Provide a new electric unit and fan type wall heating system for the street level floor based on all areas being"semi-heated". • Provide fire alarm system for the entire building, including all basement areas. • Provide a security system, with access management, fro the entire building, including all basement areas. ■ Provide a conduit and box system for voice /data wiring to be provided by the City. • Provide a janitor's sink in the existing women's toilet room. • Paint the entire exterior od the building. • Provide new exterior signage. ■ Provide metal storage system and possibly an associated open (chain link or expanded metal)fencing system in the warehouse area. • Relocate existing exterior oil and compressor equipment to the basement interior. CONS I'RUCTION DOCUMENTS ■ Prepare a hazardous materials report. • Preparation of final, bid ready, construction documents (plans and specs for public bid process) based on the attached design and scope documents prepared by the City. City will provide Bid Forms, Construction Contract and General Conditions. BID ASSISTANCE • Provide assistance to the City of Everett for a public bid process including issuance of addenda. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION • Architect will attend weekly construction meetings. Construction period will be 12 weeks. • Hazardous materials consultant will provide full time, on-site observation of all abatement activities to ensure compliance with abatement regulations. • Review contractor's proposed construction schedule. • Review contractor's submittals for conformance with design intent. • Answer Requests for Information(RFI). • Prepare "punch list(s) prior to Substantial Completion. Review completed construction to ensure "punch list" items have been corrected prior to Final Acceptance.
