0 <br /> • Remove all interior walls, except CMU walls, Concrete walls and the walls of the <br /> existing lunchroom, existing men's toilet and the inner area of the existing <br /> women's toilet room(future janitor closet) <br /> • Remove existing GWB, furring(wood studs) and insulation on all exterior walls. <br /> ■ Remove the existing mezzanine and stair, including structural steel and wood <br /> framing. <br /> ■ Remove all existing floor covering except the existing men's toilet room. <br /> • Remove existing toilet in the existing women's toilet room and prepare the <br /> plumbing to accept a janitor's sink. <br /> • Remove the existing fiberglass insulation installed on the existing suspended <br /> ceiling (all areas). Remove the existing suspended ceiling in areas except the <br /> existing lunch room, existing men's toilet and the inner area of the existing <br /> women's toilet room (future janitor closet). Salvage enough existing ceiling <br /> panels to replace the missing ceiling panels in the existing lunchroom, existing <br /> men's toilet and the inner area of the existing women's toilet room. (future janitor <br /> closet). Remove the wood framing around the exterior walls where the ceiling <br /> adjoins the existing windows. <br /> • Remove existing abandoned equipment/piping/conduit above ceiling, including <br /> hydronic unit heaters and piping. Existing exhaust fans and duct work for <br /> existing men's toilet room, existing women's toilet room and existing lunch room <br /> will remain. <br /> • Remove existing lighting except the existing lunchroom, existing men's toilet and <br /> the inner area of the existing women's toilet room (future janitor closet), <br /> including exit lights and exterior lighting fixtures. <br /> • Remove existing electrical system (receptacles, conduit, wiring, etc.) up to the <br /> existing panels located in the existing locker room, except the existing lunchroom, <br /> existing men's toilet and the inner area on the existing women's toilet room <br /> (future janitor closet) <br /> • Remove existing"Gamewell" system. <br /> • Remove existing hydronic wall heating and existing window mounted A/C units. <br /> • Remove a section of the west wall to accommodate a new overhead door. <br /> • Remove the existing roof mounted antennas (patch existing roof membrane as <br /> required) <br /> • Remove the existing awning on the west exterior wall. <br /> Construction <br /> • Construct an "Air Room" in Northeast corner approximately 10' x 24' for the <br /> refilling and storage of fire fighter breathing equipment. GWB and metal stud <br /> walls (furring and insulation is not necessary for the exterior walls), suspended <br /> ACT ceiling, lighting, electric heat, metal door and frame.
